After spending several years in consulting firms specializing in change management and digital transformation, I decided to move more towards HR functions to be even closer to the field.
Having always worked in Tech environments, I have naturally held Learning & Development Business Partner positions within Tech start-ups.
I have extensive experience in change management and Learning & Development.
To take things a step further, and with a strong ambition to transform managers, teams and employees from within the organization, I began training in individual and team coaching at IFOD.
I campaign for authentic management, aligned with the "self".
