In my opinion, without a clear, explained, and shared vision, all actions, even the most strategic ones, lose their meaning. We could apply the best agile methods, hire the brightest experts, and achieve an impressive production capacity, but all of this would be meaningless without a precise vision to guide these efforts.
Imagine a ship without a course, drifting at sea despite an exceptional crew and the best navigation technologies. Similarly, if the vision is not clear and shared, all actions, even the most innovative and effective ones, will have no real impact. A vision inspires, directs, and gives meaning to every effort, without which even the greatest talents and strategies fail to reach their potential.
